Alex St.Jean
Alex is an eternal optimist and life-long learner. Her mission is to inspire others to unleash their full potential.
As a people’s coach, she empowers clients to become the best versions of themselves.For over the past decade, as a bilingual behaviour consultant, she’s helped hundreds of clients obtain the results they seek by using evidence-based practices.
As a minimalist, her motto is simplify to amplify! She’s committed to help clients achieve their healthy lifestyle dreams by breaking down their goals in easy, doable steps that fit their way of life.
When she’s not working, she’s having fun with her two busy young children and partner, reading a personal development book, exercising at CrossFit Rush, or dreaming.

About Cynthia
Cynthia is the founder of the nutrition program at CrossFit Rush. Her habits-based approach fosters a safe, positive and supportive environment for her clients to thrive in. Addressing nutrition from a position of abundance removes the restrictive pathways often seen in traditional dieting. Cynthia has worked with hundreds of clients from all walks of life ranging from busy moms to post menopausal woman.

With her background in nursing, she is always seeking to expand her knowledge around well-being and sharing this passion with her clients. She is all about providing a safe, honest, and judgement-free relationship. Jess loves to guide her clients in deconstructing the difficulties that arise around healthy living and making lifestyle choices and decisions easier by using a habits-based approach. Jess thrives in helping each and everyone in achieving their unique goals with sustainable daily actions and empowering them with positivity and simplicity to their life.

NATHALIE BASTIEN
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Brand X Method Professional Youth Coach, and Burgener Strength Level 1 Weightlifting
I have played sports all my life, I was a hockey player from the age of 8 to the age of 16. Then from there I have tried different fitness groups including Zumba, Kickboxing, Pilates.
I learned about CrossFit in 2017. After going into my first class not knowing what I was getting myself into the coaches made me feel right at home! I have continued with CrossFit since then here at CrossFit Rush. Shortly after starting I learned that they had a kids program, AMAZING! I now had a place that both myself and my daughter could enjoy fitness together. I’ve had a passion for the fitness industry for over 7 years but the time was never right to pursue my dream. Recently I decided to push myself outside of my comfort zone and take a risk on myself and I couldn’t be happier that I did. When an athlete says ” Wow, thank you for that it helped me out” is the best feeling ever. Helping others achieve their goals is what makes me happy and now I get to do that with our athletes, adults and kids.
